Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
  • Winter boots worn in snowy/salty conditions cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Special Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn hiking shoes or running shoes that show signs of outdoor use. These products may only be returned if unworn with original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping
