Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Final sale items (marked during checkout) cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Winter boots worn in snowy/salty conditions
  • Hiking shoes or running shoes showing signs of outdoor use

Return Shipping Costs
